The young lady who attempted to take my order could not comprehend my address, even after I spelled it out for her several times. She said they did not deliver to passed Kyle Seale Parkway, which is in my subdivision. Explained I had ordered several times from her location. Babcock/Prue location said I was outside their delivery radius....
Came in and ordered 2 pizzas. They only made one and it was incorrect. I asked for a manager and they didn't get one. Then they told me after I had waited a half hour that it would take another 20-25 minutes to remake it. It's been an hour. I'm still waiting and none of these 8 people working here seems to be the manager. I think I just expect a little bit better customer service when there's a mistake made. �
Beware! Their customer service understanding is way below what it should be, they need to remember that they are not the only place where one can get pizza from. Driver rolling eyes because of misunderstanding with the store with regards to payment, when asked to call store to straighten out he says "you called earlier" seriously??? When I spoke too manager Travis and asked to call me back to address my concerned he replies "I can't guarantee that I can call you back" WOW!! Definitely...read full review
