On Saturday I was counting on Jimmy John's to feed my grandson lunch but found out since the last time I ordered they'd redesigned their delivery routes. I called several times trying to coax, bribe, convince them to break the rule just this once. Nope! This manager ain't going to ever jeopardize her career with this franchise. Period! They always do a great job and I love their subs but today so impressed with this lady. She said the delivery driver quit so I would have to pick up my (very close by) order. I ran in and I’m not sure what happened but she was the ONLY one working and still getting out orders. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts. Acknowledging everyone that walked in and dealing with my catering order could not be easy.
