Papa Johns Pizza

The staff were trying their best, but they were overwhelmed and unable to keep up. I ordered online for pickup, got there at prescribed time and waited another 40-45 minutes. The food order was wrong, I just accepted it, it was what it was. I thought that I would witness Door Dash drivers fight. They either need more staff or the website should limit orders.

It can really be hit or miss with them, many times they'll door dash your order so the drinks get there warm and the food cold. They seem to always do it when you don't put a tip on the order (cause I'd like to give cash) and still sometimes do it even if you offer a 20% tip on the order this is like my fourth time coming across this at this particular store

Not expecting Michelin star care but at least figure out how to not dump all the Marinara containers in every box upside down with the lids leaking.

I’ve been waiting for my pizza since 4pm it’s now 7:16pm they said they sent it with door dash and that if it’s missing door dash probably didn’t deliver it. Not to mention it’s for my daughter’s birthday party. No refund no solution just welp sorry about that. Now I have 6 hungry little girls waiting since 4pm. Absolutely ridiculous! If you don’t have enough drivers HIRE more!

Pizza wasn’t what I ordered. Vegetables were on two pieces. It was cut really weird and uneven. Tracker said it was ready and I had to wait additional 10 minutes

It was a pickup. No seating.

I ordered on Uber Eats. The WORST experience i have had ordering food from here. One of the pizzas we ordered was severely under cooked the whole middle part of the pizza.

Waited over an hour and the pizza never came. Called the store and waited on hold for 10 minutes and was told they could remake my order now. Ended up just canceling. I don’t know why they have DoorDash deliver the food for them.

Too many people working in the kitchen for it to be this slow.

Ordered well done wings, these were under cooked and rubbery as hell. Plus, I called the store immediately after placing my order and asked for light sauce. This definitely isn’t that. Arrived just as my food was getting done (according to app) and somehow the pizza looks old?? Gross location all together.

Stop using door dash drivers to deliver! If I wanted to wait an hour for my pizza to get here and be cold I would order through DoorDash. They make multiple stops and by the time it gets to you NOTHING is warm. Didn't even have my stuff in a pizza bag. If a customer orders through your website, your own drivers should be delivering.

Took more than 5 min to have someone come to the counter.

Used delivery and the food was barely even warm and I live within walking distance from the store 🤔.

They'll triple stack drivers with multiple stops and by the time they get to you the foods been sitting there for over an hour.

The bags they put the pizza in obviously don't work.

Also the Pizza was cut by a blind person apparently

Don't even bother with this place.
