I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Papa John’s. I placed an order and the app showed it had been ready for about 15 minutes, but when I got there I ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes with no updates. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, I asked how much longer it would be since it showed “ready,” and the employee told me “10 to 15 minutes.” I waited again, asked a second time, and let him know I had been standing there for half an hour. His response was, “sir everyone has,” which was completely untrue. I was the only one in there waiting that long.

When I asked again how long it would actually take, he repeated “10 to 15 minutes” like it was just something to say instead of an actual answer. His tone was rude, dismissive, and showed zero customer service skills. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back.

Great experience. I had a large take out order of seven large pizzas. The order was ready on time and the store employee even helped me get the pizzas into my car. Wonderful service.

Staff are always friendly to me. Today I had the best pizza of my life. Garlic stuffed crust pizza, extra sauce, extra cheese, onions, pepperoni, and spinach. Thank you!

Took over 30 minutes for a takeout order. This location is very understaffed and way behind on orders. If I knew a way to cancel the order I would have but already prepaid

I work work in the same shopping center. I placed an order today for pick up. Sent one of my employees to pick up, drove 20 mins home and ate a slice and the pizza was still delicious, even cold! I made modifications to my order and everything was done correctly! Pizza was great! Thank you!

Me and my family have been coming here for the last 8 years and we've always enjoyed it, yet we've never written a review. Recently we ordered a pizza and when we received it, the order was wrong (at the time, we were unsure if it was our fault or Papa Johns fault). The staff was very polite and understanding and they made us the correct order right a way free of charge. In the end, it ultimately was our fault, however, that simple act and professionalism from the staff gave us the courage to finally write a review as to why we love this place.
Thank you very much Papa Johns! Look forward to seeing you again!

After fees and all my order is $23 but because the pizza is only $12.59… No delivery without a $15 minimum order. Never had a Papa John’s do that. Very lame.

I ordered my pizza, tracked my order and saw the delivery driver was at the wrong complex (the wrong address and also the name of the complex was not my address whatsoever.) I watched them leave (tracked on the app) without delivering my pizza so I contacted the manager at the store. The way she spoke, and her “solution” to “solve” this issue was not pleasant. I felt blamed, she made me feel like it was my fault. Initially I wasn’t upset until I spoke to her. She was not kind or helpful. She told me that my number was wrong (why the driver didn’t contact me) and spoke over me when I was trying to explain that the driver wasn’t at the right complex. She told me that the pizza was left on the floor at the wrong address and that the driver would drive back and give me that pizza. This is not okay. So unsanitary. It was left unattended at the incorrect address on the ground. I don’t know could’ve had access to this and it was also left outside for a long time. I wasn’t apologized to or compensated in any way. Very disappointed. I got this room-temp pizza from off a stranger’s front door, not only that but it was so delayed after the expected delivery time….
Also the driver went to the completely wrong address, which surprised me because they passed my complex, which there is a huge sign I front of that DOES match my address.

EXTREMELY Unprofessional Manager (White girl with Brown & Blonde hair)

I was waiting to get my Pizza and she walked in & sent the young girl who was helping me home.

The problem is she immediately started yelling theatrically about how she got a flat tire and had to wait at Walmart for an hour, then started loudly berating the young girl who she sent home, behind her back, about issues that no customer needs to hear about.

All of this yelling made me extremely uncomfortable because as someone who has worked in food service & hospitality, you do not do that. No excuses. On top of everything I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for a pizza that I ordered 10 mins before arriving to the location.

This manager is absolutely horrendous, I will take my business to the Castle Hills location from now on.

My boyfriend ordered a pizza from this location today, and while he was waiting for the order inside he let me know the staff was being unprofessional and that there was a woman that sent an employee home then was yelling about how she had a flat tire and she had to wait at walmart for 1 hr, and something about this girl (that she sent home) wanting to get more hours yet not working up to her standard. It made my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable. As well as promoting a hostile working environment. I was waiting in the car so i went in to speak to a manager about his experience and to my surprise this unprofessional woman was the manager! I can see why this poor girl doesnt want to work her shifts, i recorded the interaction that i had with this theatrical woman and she was about to begin to explain but then said this doesnt even bother you. Which i then let her know it is her literal job to be professional & that she shouldnt be making customers feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location as i am appalled at how the manager runs her business.

Move the employee restroom to the back. Manager does not allow guest to use the restroom as it appears to be to much trouble to maintain it if you are not an employee. And the hand written note on the door is so professional. Hope no one has an accident in the front lobby because management would not be able to clean it up. No customer consideration so no satisfactory review. If you are in management the whole store is your responsibility. Sound like this manager makes decisions their own benefit.

Jesus Christ adjust your oven temps . Well done means you grab the pizza from the middle window and push back so it’s not doughy. When the hell did this become Papa Murphys? The Irony this was supposed to be a remake!
