This cafe is attached to Gold's Gym. The food was healthy and nicely presented. I got the steamed chicken and veggies over brown rice. I liked the avocado on the top. Great idea for those who want to stay fit. Don't skip the $1.25 cookies. Both the chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin tasted homemade.
Friendly staff, comfortable patio with plenty of shade. My kid loved her bean and cheese and we loved the chicken and pear salad and chicken sandwich. Fruit was fresh and chilled— not mushy at all. All the nutritional content is available on their online menu. It’s very out of the way for us, but it was perfect for a nice, healthy lunch with the family while running errands.The lemonade wasn’t our favorite, but it was still very refreshing.
