Third time in a row we were delivered the wrong order. Not sure what has happened to this store, but what was once a dependable/fast place to get pizza delivered, it is no longer. Issues we have had: missing pizza, wrong pizza, wrong size pizza. Tonight just ordered a 14" Works. Got something with no meat whatsoever. First two times spoke with the store, even drove to the store to get the right order. Had people in the house who needed to be fed those times, but tonight just ate what we got. with was awful. But shame on us for ordering from this store yet again. Won't be making that mistake again.

I placed an online app order at 10:27 a.m., was given an estimated time of 19 to 29 minutes, and arrived at the store at 11:00 a.m. when my app said ready. I went inside and the one employee working who says he's the manager said that it would take a few more minutes. So I waited a few more minutes but told him that I had somewhere I needed to be at 11:20 so I would have to leave in about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes. I asked if it would be ready in the next 2 minutes. He said no, it would take another 5 minutes at least to bake in the oven. So I asked him for a refund. At that point it had been 40 minutes since the order was placed on the app. When I inquired as to why this was taking so much longer than the estimated wait time on the app as well as when the app had already said my order was ready, he said that he had two calls in orders of 15 pizzas a piece and that came in before my online app order so he was working on those despite my order only having two pizzas and the app telling me it had an estimated time maximum of 29 minutes. He did not seem apologetic at all, basically chalked it up to the fact that he was working alone. I told him that if he's going to be the only one working alone, then maybe there needs to be some protocols about how many orders he can take and how big those orders can be if he's the only one working and can't honor the orders.

Didn’t even wait to melt the cheese. Dough was uncooked. This was beyond a rush job. They didn’t care. They were nice enough, but that’s not nearly enough if I want cooked food. Twice in a row. Stop undercooking pizza to get it out faster.

I ordered using Uber Eats and my pizza was room temperature, had basically no sauce on it despite me asking for extra, and wasn't even cut. And the two dipping sauces for the break sticks were missing.

Ordered their pick up special for a 1 large pizza for 9 bucks online. They confirmed the price. I did half pepperoni and half mushroom. I've ordered this with them several times. I get there and they want 20 bucks. I said I ordered the special and they said they can't do it because it's two toppings. I told them it's half and half and I've done it several times. She just looks at me and says it's two toppings. I said I confirmed with the guy on the phone and she again just says it's two toppings. I told her to forget it and ordered the same pizza at Domino's for 8 bucks instead. Staff definitely needs better training

Papa Johns has always been my go-to fast food pizza place as there are very few chain pizza places that I actually love. For a recent movie night with friends, we ordered the following: - "The Works" Pizza: Soft crust with the perfect amount of cheese and toppings! Loved the crust paired with the garlic butter. - Unsauced Wings: A basic wing - nothing really special. - Hot Lemon Pepper Wings: Didn't really taste much other than the heat with these. Just a very hot wing. Overall, the food was good and the delivery was fast. I'd reorder pizza (5 star taste) from them for sure, but would likely skip the wings (3 star wings) next time.
