When you're hungry and the closest options are burgers or pizza! It is refreshing to walk or drive to Papa John's and order a pie while walking out the store at 1 or 2:00am! Some of these reviews do not reflect the service or quality of the product I received over numerous visits! I would not want to make pizza for drunk or rude people myself at hour's these guys are working! So come in smile and be positive and they will make your food fresh and appetizing!

Ordered pizza online for 5:45 delivery. It is currently 6:49 and still no pizza. If you call they don’t answer. Automated system says my order should arrive at 5:54. LOL. I will never order from here again.

Cashier last night literally asleep with his head on the cash register at about 8:15 pm! Out cold.. no joke…They weren’t busy but that’s absurd! I should have whipped out my camera right then!

Ordered a take out pizza for lunch. Everything seemed to be okay until there were two slices left where we found a strand of hair embedded in cheese. Too late to throw up, isn't it? Very disgusting and disappointing.

This papa John’s is a joke. I worked in the pizza industry for 3 years, including this store. Their new staff is horrendous and the pizza quality is a joke. We ordered a bbq pizza and it had way too much sauce. We called and asked for a second, since the first pizza was inedible. The second pizza was an abomination, it was flooded with sauce! In my 3 years in this industry I’ve never seen anything like this. It was 100% intentional to get back at us. The delivery driver laughed as he gave us this pizza. This store is the worse store in the entire San Antonio area, I’ve worked at multiple stores and this is by far the worst store! I would give 0 stars if possible

We ordered a barbecue chicken pizza, and received a pizza with an excessive amount of sauce (the first two photos). We called them, and asked if we could have a replacement, and they sent one over. The second pizza had the most absurd amount of sauce i’ve ever seen on a pizza (the pizza in the third picture). We were really looking forward to having a nice pizza night as a treat after a long week, and this was just upsetting. I understand that this was most likely a joke meant to be harmless, but it really ruined our night. We wont be returning to this location, and we reccomend you don’t either.

Ordered on our mobile app. Transaction went through and we were charged, but the order didn't make it to the store. The manager couldn't be bothered to come to the phone to chat and the guy who did said "I'm just a delivery driver. I don't usually deal with this stuff." I was trying Papa Johns for the first time again after many years. Ended up deleting the app and ordering from their competitor.

Pizza arrived cold and they forgot the drink. Not a good delivery job from papa John’s today.

I work next door so I went on my break, it took them so long and when I get my food they gave me there scraps of food I assumed they were eating in the back. I asked for a refund they gave me the bites I actually ordered and didn’t give me a refund. The food was cold as well.
