Papa Johns Pizza

I went in and overheard (barely, the music was wayy too loud & inappropriate for a family friendly establishment) a middle aged employee making very inappropriate comments towards a younger employee. I ordered a pizza and it wasnt ready by the time I arrived to pick it up. It took them 25 minutes to remake it despite saying it would take half the time. Also when I asked for a refund, one of the employees just offered me the original, messed up, pizza.

These guy’s are amazing. If you want a better experience I would recommend you make it easier on them and order ahead of time online. You can get more discounts that way anyway. The staff is super nice, willing to work with my special requests, and always make good pizza. 5 stars!!!!

P.S. We came in late tonight and only one man was working and he still took the time to hand pick some big peppers for me since I asked for them and then wrapped them up for me. Super nice.

This location has become the worst of all now. Orders sent incomplete, but the worst part is: the quality of the pizza. The kids working at this location can't follow the instructions or simply too ignorant. Pizza I got today was the worst pizza from Papa John's. There was no extra cheese which was ordered and the cheese that was on the pie is of wrong consistency, as there is ZERO cheese stretching (I am guessing mozzarella is too expensive?). The fresh pie tasted and looked like a week old reheated one from a fridge. Not ordering from here ever again. I do NOT recommend this place!

Came in to pickup an order and the employees did not acknowledge me and when they finally did they were very rude and said “what do you want”. The food already said it was ready but it wasn’t even in the oven I had to wait 30 minutes. And after I got my order they messed it up completely.

Makes it a pain when I just want to pick up some cheese sticks. Well I guess there is always Little Ceasars that has them ready all the time

The boy that handed me my pizza assured me my extra sauce was included. I went home and had to go all the way back. The girl at the counter said they don't provide garlic sauce with gluten free pizza. I told her I order often and garlic sauce always served with it. After arguing about the sauce, I'm now eating cold pizza.

First time coming to this location and was greeted by a girl who told me my food would be out shortly. Very friendly. They’re mostly young but as to be expected. Recommend!
