I looked at the reviews right after I ordered, and I was praying because it's a $100 order. Seeing the reviews was bad. I ordered @ 3:27 PM it arrived @ 3:51 PM it was fast! Less than 30 minutes. I opened it and it was okay, not like what the other people got. I guess it was a busy day when other people ordered theirs.

Unfortunately, I ordered three pizzas, wings, and garlic knots and the food was disappointing. The pizzas weren't cut properly. The wings were cold and not cooked all the way. As I explained the situation, the manager was rude when he responded and he had horrible customer service. He proceeded to try to argue and I just wanted a solution. He needs customer service training. We will not return to this Papa John's.

They corrected a mistake from previous. We all know stuff happens. They made it more than right..L***y, who is the Supervisor,spoke to me with the utmost professionalism.. Thank you..We'll be back..

is it the slogan supposed to be Better Toppings better?I got a medium pepperoni and mushroom and a pepperoni and mushroom papadia for the 2st time. there was only a few mushroom flakes on the pizza and virtually none in the papadia, not mushroom slices on both items. . I would definitely not get a papadia ever again. they sort of left me disappointed and upsetAnd if you don't and the papadia isn't like a calzone in any way, It is literally just a thin slice pizza slice folded in half.

Bad customer service!! I ordered on phone when I go to picked up they add more 30 minute I been waiting 50 min for one pizza.for the second time. The ladies working there are so disrespectful especially the one with the big pricing nose and red color hair she is so rude ? never again!!!!!!!

Not worth the trip! Their chicken wings were incredibly bland and flavorless. Don’t bother navigating through traffic for such a disappointing meal. Find a place that knows how to make wings right.
Worst experience ever! Some girl by the name of Lauren took my order and was so rude. Made smug faces and made me feel uncomfortable in front of my children. I will drive further for my pizza now just so I don’t have to see that girl. I Literally worked a double shift and that was really just the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you don’t want to do the job then find something else!!!

I’ve ordered here and from other locations around the area many times, and I conclude that this is the best one. The people working here have been with the company for a while and never disappoint. Sometimes they’ll hire new people that’ll mess up your order or almost forget to charge you, but their training process seems to be working because those newbies shape into quality employees! Love it here. People are always friendly and if they are having a bad day, they’re calm and respectful. 10/10 and still has potential!

My pizza is always hot and delicious! The delivery driver is very nice and friendly. I really appreciate the attention to detail from him and the pizza chef. They do a great job and I definitely recommend Papa John’s Pizza to all my friends!

I ordered a pizza and tracked the order online. The driver left my street so I called the store to let them know it wasn’t delivered. The manager advised my order was voided because the driver couldn’t find my house. Somehow the phone number on my account was transposed so the driver couldn’t contact me. I asked if anything could be done to replace the order. The manager declined. I pressed the issue asking them to make it right and that I have no problem paying for my order but my 2 year old was waiting eagerly. The manager got an attitude with me even after I asked him to understand my frustration. He said it would be 45 minutes to a hour because I was now “at the back of the line.” I asked, “How is that right my guy?” He even said it wasn’t their fault that the phone number was wrong. True, but it’s not my fault the driver couldn’t find my address either. Not once did I curse, insult, or yell at him. He then hung up on me when he got frustrated with my ask to make it right. I told him I’d replace the payment, not asking for anything free!!!! I called back to ask that if they still had my pizza, I would pick it up. The manager stated, “You’re calling again dude?!” Completely unprofessional. I was being reasonable and again, never insulted nor cursed as I’m sure many upset customers do. We eat here once a week and it’s completely unacceptable that we were treated this way.
