My pizza is always hot and delicious! The delivery driver is very nice and friendly. I really appreciate the attention to detail from him and the pizza chef. They do a great job and I definitely recommend Papa John’s Pizza to all my friends!

I ordered a pizza and tracked the order online. The driver left my street so I called the store to let them know it wasn’t delivered. The manager advised my order was voided because the driver couldn’t find my house. Somehow the phone number on my account was transposed so the driver couldn’t contact me. I asked if anything could be done to replace the order. The manager declined. I pressed the issue asking them to make it right and that I have no problem paying for my order but my 2 year old was waiting eagerly. The manager got an attitude with me even after I asked him to understand my frustration. He said it would be 45 minutes to a hour because I was now “at the back of the line.” I asked, “How is that right my guy?” He even said it wasn’t their fault that the phone number was wrong. True, but it’s not my fault the driver couldn’t find my address either. Not once did I curse, insult, or yell at him. He then hung up on me when he got frustrated with my ask to make it right. I told him I’d replace the payment, not asking for anything free!!!! I called back to ask that if they still had my pizza, I would pick it up. The manager stated, “You’re calling again dude?!” Completely unprofessional. I was being reasonable and again, never insulted nor cursed as I’m sure many upset customers do. We eat here once a week and it’s completely unacceptable that we were treated this way.

Absolute garbage. Ordered a single pizza, and got a box of uncooked dough and toppings. Cashier was nice, but this is ridiculous. Second time this has happened (“fool me twice”). Last time ordering from this location.

Good service, polite workers, but food was under cooked. Generous toppings but the dough underneath was mushy and raw. Food was done quickly but the main course was not up to par.

This isn't my favorite Papa Johns. It just happens to be closest to my house. And I'm not sure the food quality is really the fault of the restaurant. They are overwhelmed each and every night. This storefront is one of the smaller units in the strip center, I'd guess about 800 sq ft. That's not a lot of room for 7-10 employees, ovens, pizza boxes, etc. And bring the only nearby pizza takeout, they get swamped from all the nearby neighborhoods. When they give you a pickup time online... treat that as an optimistic wish. You can safely add 20 minutes to that and you'll likely arrive as it is being taken out of the oven. But if you arrive on time, you'll have to wait, and you can watch these guys furiously creating pies for your neighbors. The pies tend to be sloppy and carelessly cut because of the sheer volume they are dealing with. Just be aware and treat them nicely. They are doing the best they can. Once more pizza places open up nearby and take up some of the customer base, I expect things will get better

I like the fact that they deliver to my subdivision. Their pizza has been a hit or miss with me. I've ordered twice and I really enjoyed it the first time but the second time I was really disappointed. I'm going to give them another try and that'll determine whether I give up on them or not. Their service is great. I can't complain about that. They did get my food to my house rather quickly so kudos to them for that.

Thai place gets busy! Staff was friendly especially the young man at the register! He has plenty of patience. Pizza was very tasty but my wings were a bit cold figured it was just due to the rush.

I placed an online plan ahead order more that 3 hours prior to the pick up time, when my wife arrived to retrieve the order at the specified pick up time she was told that it was not ready and that it was not even in the queue to be made so it would be at least another 30 to 45 minutes before it would be ready. Seems to be a poorly managed store. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
