Went when nobody else was there, just my girlfriend and I. Isaac and Arturo overserved her resulting in the rest of her night spent vomiting in the rusty restrooms they had. Terrible experience 😪

We purchased tickets to the NYE “GALA” and what MAJOR DISSAPOINMENT we had. No GALA NO RED CARPET NOT EVEN A WELCOME person at the door. We walked right in nobody was checking ID or tickets . I believe we got scammed that was not a
Ticketed event. No NYE PROPS , they said there will be a DJ it was a lie. And MN champagne was being passed out during NYE countdown so we didn’t even get it ON time . I am so mad
I want my money refunded never again will we come back to that place.

I have no idea what management is thinking here. I have an air bnb across the river, I have money, I should be a prime target.

The bartender was very obviously messed up on downers, told me over and over again that they charge the highest prices. I told her I didn't care I just wanted a margarita on the rocks and see the views.
She gave me a less than par margarita when she had the bar to make something special.
She then brought me drinks I didn't order. It took me 30 minutes to close out.

I was one of 4 customers in the bar.

I bought a couch for my best friends birthday. The photos looked amazing. But I have to say what a huge disappointment. This place has a great atmosphere that they’re not taking advantage of because their “brunch” menu is something from Taco Bell. Old El Paso cold shells for “crispy” tacos. We had to door dash our own vegetable juice for Bloody Marys. The bartender and the queens it was all great but this place is seriously lacking with food. If they were to step their food game up and turn on the dang AC they’d probably be booked every day. Until this happens we definitely won’t be returning. That being said. The queens and bartenders definitely made sure they did the best with what they had.

One of the worst service experience i have had in my life. The bartenders were drunk. Waited to get a drink for 30 minutes with an empty bar. Never again. Don’t waste your time or energy.

The only enjoyable part of this bar is the atmosphere and view. Most of the staff would not acknowledge, make eye contact, or speak to us at all. The one who did was nice, but she informed us it was her first day working as a bartender anywhere. It took her over 20 minutes to make us our three drinks. All of which tasted very bad and cost $16. And the other employees never stepped in to assist or teach her anything. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

The atmosphere was incredible and definitely worth the trip. The service however was abysmal. It took over 20 minutes to get 3 mixed drinks. The bartender helping us shared it was her first day bartending anywhere ever. The other, more experienced staff refused to make eye contact with us. They did not watch to ensure our drinks were made correctly. They did not taste good at all. And they were $16 each. Extremely disappointing

Great place to be for Sunday brunch

This is just an over priced bar. $20 per person for a mandatory small, low quality breakfast. $30 for parking then best of all they scam you at the end & charge multiple times. Multiple people in my party got over charged by 100s. Now nobody at the business will answer. You’re better off going elsewhere. Just a money hungry business with poor service.

Went there with a group of people and we’re all overcharged on our cards, i was charge 100 dollars more while another couple was charged almost three times the amount. Absolutely ridiculous and the business didn’t return any of my calls nor really deem to care when I went personally to the bar to discuss this with a manager. Absolutely terrible, already filed a dispute with my bank
