We love a Latina entrepreneurial queen! Say what you want, but when an owner is willing to respond and deal with the good and bad an cares about their product...well that isn't something you find often. Great food! Great service! And if you can't afford to eat out and complain about the price, stay home.
La Elotera is tucked away at El Camino food truck park & it’s a cute, unique, and tasty presence well known for their pink corn, aka pink elotera. I like to get mine hoodrat style with crushed hot Cheetos. They also serve 3 other kinds of elote and a few different aguas frescas that are definitely worth mentioning.
