I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Parry’s Pizza. I ordered a Meat Special calzone through DoorDash, but instead received a calzone with pepperoni, onions, and pineapple—completely different from what I ordered. Mistakes happen, but the way the restaurant handled this was unacceptable.
When I called to address the issue, I spoke with the manager, Daniela, who only offered a partial refund of $16.10, despite my total including a $4.50 tip and a $3.00 delivery fee. I essentially paid for a product I did not order and did not want. This lack of accountability and refusal to issue a full refund demonstrates poor customer service and an unwillingness to make things right.
I expected better from a business I chose to support. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I won’t be ordering from Parry’s Pizza again, and I suggest others think twice before doing so.

Tried Parry’s for the first time tonight and it was a disappointment. The food took way too long to come out. They brought the 2 kids meals out first, which I typically appreciate. Then it was about another 30 minutes waiting for 2 adult meals (the chicken sandwich & the burger). First they brought the chicken sandwich (by this time the kids are done eating and just waiting) then the server said they were waiting on fries for the burger. Waited about another 10 mins and the server came out with the burger. Bit into it and it was completely pink and raw. Mind you, this patty was as thin as a McDonald’s patty so I’m not sure how it still managed to be underdone. I should mention that while placing the order I asked for well done/no pink at all with my burger. I just can’t stomach it. So the burger was sent back. After 10 more minutes of waiting (the rest of the family done with their food & just waiting on me) the waiter came by and said they were still working on it, but would be out shortly. At that point I just cancelled my food. The server (Chris) was a nice young gentleman and we still tipped him well above our entire ticket total. It wasn’t his fault and his service wad 5/5. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back to give them another go.

Always a great dining experience at Parry’s! We have been patrons of two locations, but our home base is now here on 281N and Stone Oak area. Vincent and Roxie over here are nothing short of fabulous— attentive, kind, patient with our two girls and their need for ice cream, haha
This was a particularly busy night based on the table availability, but Roxie and Vincent didn’t let us feel like it was busy at all!
Thankful for the staff here and will most definitely return weekend after weekend!

It was our first time at parry’s Brian was a great waiter. Very welcoming with positive attitude. very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. will definitely be coming back to see Brian.

Good food, great service. Get the parm bites...so yummy. Vincent was very attentive to our table and took the time to have a conversation with us. We were passing through but we'll be sure to visit Parry's in DFW!

Great service! Food comes out quick and servers are great. Vincent the manager also stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly with us.

Our server Elijah was awesome! The food and atmosphere was great. The manager Vincent checked in on us and made sure we had a good time. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I just wanna start off by saying the food there was great. The service from the waiter we had was not great. I felt rushed. I went for my birthday and while we’re eating, the waiter brings out the dessert and a scoop of ice cream that I had ordered and asked me where I want him to put it. I told him why you bring that out now we’re not even finished eating. If you set it down, it’s gonna melt because we’re not ready for dessert. It’s common sense, bro. I told him basically do nothing right for my birthday so we packed up and left. I wasn’t trying to get them free mail or anything, but the manager did but I was just so furious because it was my son and I will go back again, I guess you never know. Maybe I DoorDash the pizza.

Steven is the best bartender. We’ve come weekly since they’ve open and he is always very attentive and very upbeat. He always takes care of us. We know when he is here it is always a good time even if we are having a bad time. Employees like this don’t come easy.

Usually love parry’s pizza but not this location! Girls in front were not paying attention and let order sit for 15 minutes before we asked for it. Cold food by the time we got home.
