We had a party last month and I swear I'll never forget our host named Jeremiah. We had half the party cancel and when we let him know, he changed the whole energy we had and lifted our spirits. Jeremiah overall gave us a really wonderful and memorable experience and we wish he could get as much recognition as possible. The rest of the staff are also very interactive and helpful, I think especially the party hosts that day had every party and family in a good mood so it was an overall nice environment. Will recommend this location to everyone for sure.

We recently had the pleasure of attending a birthday celebration at this venue, and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff’s exceptional service. Jeremiah, in particular, truly distinguished himself with outstanding customer care—some of the best I have experienced in quite some time. His genuine pride in his work was evident and greatly enhanced our overall experience. The food was excellent—fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with laughter and joy throughout the evening. I would like to extend special recognition to Jeremiah, who absolutely deserves to be acknowledged as “Employee of the Night.” Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!
At 3:14 my husband called and ordered food which was pizza wings and cheesy bread. We got there at 3:30 my husband paid for the food. Told them we we sere going to dine in instead of take out..we usually do this because of our children with special needs have a hard time staying seated.. Everything was ready except for the cheesy bread .. they said they will call out my husbands name when it was ready.. we waited for 30 minutes..My husband took initiative for the second time and asked a employee when our cheesy bread would be ready ? The female cashier said she forgot. And the manager said what cheesy bread? and just gave us someone else's cheesy bread. Over all I didn't appreciate how long it took as well as the management.
