Had an amazing experience here! Eric the manger is so hands on with his team. From working the register to putting pizza in the oven. I've seen him in every area of the store. What a great example of a hands on manager! One other person who really stood out to me was Alex. Constantly cleaning the tables immediately after people get up so they're ready for the next guests and so kind and sweet to my team while we were there. He asked if we needed anything and was quick to get our request to us warning us about it being hott! This team definitely goes out of their way to make sure the guests are happy and are so happy here.

It's definitely cleaner than the other PPP. Friendly service and staff. Solid location. Am I a germaphobe for wanting someone to go behind people and disinfect the games in between players? Yes, yes I am. But that's just me.

October 12, 2024: I was here at a five year-old birthday party this Saturday, and there were two other parties in progress. It wasn’t loud! In the eating area, you could talk in a normal voice. It was louder in the video game area, and once inside a video game my watch Noted that it was 90 dB, but that was the only time that it was actually loud in the two hours I was there.
There were some recent negative reviews about cleanliness, but I did not happen to notice anything.
Coming from the north, Google maps recommended a slightly intricate route: I do not know if it was justified or not

Very expensive I have toddlers many of the games are for kids 7 and up. I didn't feel it was a safe place for kids to roam like Chuck E Cheese just my opinion.

We were there at opening. Ant problem and all the associate did was awkwardly spray the booth. The ants were crawling on the walls and on the ledges connecting the booths. We had moved and noticed many booths had not been cleaned properly underneath. Restroom reeked. Smelled like feces and mildew. Night crew and opening crew should do thorough checks of the restaurant so that bugs aren’t a problem, forcing paying customers to move to tables that were still dirty underneath. A blind person can see that the associates were in a hurry to get out, yet opening crew did not clean up before opening their doors. Unacceptable. Associates attitudes and welcoming manner could use retraining. Overall, I’ve seen better from this establishment. Extremely disappointed.
The place was super clean, and the toppings were phenomenal. I asked for double peparonni, and boy, did they deliver!
