I went today with my husband to try it out. They have good lunch specials but no free refills like other places other than tea and water. The server Ruben was so nice and explained the menu very well to us. Everything was good until I saw 3 roaches near the window crawling near our table. I didn’t complain just wanted to leave. I don’t plan to go again. That was just gross!
We come often so sad to see this is how cleanly they are .. first hair in lettuce & then a roach in my soup .. I hope they can find a cleaner way of doing things .. but for now I will not EAT HERE .
This was our go to spot until March 1,2025 my husband ordered the lemon chicken with egg drop soup when he noticed a roach in soup never going back there

Do not go here!!! I was charged twice for 1 meal and when I asked for a refund they said I had to bring my bank statement even after showing them the charges on my account.

Food was decent and authentic , but caused severe food poisoning. I had ordered the Thai spice beef and did not settle with me.

Told me hoisin was peanut, then argued with me. Don’t trust the name he gave me, but do NOT let this man serve you. Name is John. He argues. I just want to eat. Also, I wanted peanut sauce as stated on menu. Not what is clearly hoisin.

Been a loyal customer since they opened up on southside. Cook used to work in the original location then changed name on Mccullogh by two lovely elderly Vietnamese couple.
Only place on southside of San Antonio.
Love the Pho and ambience.

This was our go to restaurant for pho for the longest time. However we recently ate there and there was a roach in our food. We told the owner about the situation and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she tried to charge us. Never eating here again

The manager was very rude to her staff, EVERYONE DESERVES RESPECT. She had a UGLY personality along with her facial expressions.I will not support a business that's NOT a professional setting. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY FOR MY FIRST TIME THERE. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!! YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT ANYONE CAN MAKE COMMENTS/REVIEWS.

This place is not that great. The Pho is about the only item that is worth eating here but not much else. It is not really worth the money.
