I come to San Antonio every few months and had been wanting to try Pinkerton’s. The majority of the reviews are spot on! Wanted to share the receipt because my biggest question was how much do you get for the price. We got 4 slices of Brisket, 2 chicken thighs, 2 sausages, Large Bacon Mac and cheese “baller style” and a personal Jambalya. It was Plenty of food for 2! Hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever had! The brisket was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, with just the right amount of smoky flavor. The beef rib was perfection!
