I truly believe a company shows its true colors when things don't go as planned. We decided to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday here. It was somewhat of a last minute decision, but our family had been here before and enjoyed ourselves. Our recent visit to PinStack was meant to be a fun family outing, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the frustrating and poorly executed app system. Despite the heavy promotion of the app throughout the venue—from signage to staff recommendations—there was virtually no guidance on how to use it effectively. Staff seemed unfamiliar with its functionality, and we received no meaningful support or feedback when we struggled to navigate it.
