Our recent visit to PinStack was meant to be a fun family outing, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the frustrating and poorly executed app system. Despite the heavy promotion of the app throughout the venue—from signage to staff recommendations—there was virtually no guidance on how to use it effectively. Staff seemed unfamiliar with its functionality, and we received no meaningful support or feedback when we struggled to navigate it.

Food, Price, Customer Service & Atmosphere was amazing! Definitely looking forward to another visit when we come back to San Antonio.
