I’ve had Pizza Hut from this location several times and it’s been hit or miss but this will be my last time ordering from this location. I ordered today to take advantage of the $7 deals and to save a few bucks, well here’s the result: No dinner and out of a couple of bucks. Everything went straight into the trash. I spoke to a gentleman at the store who offered a refund which I accepted.

Whorst every time....45 minutes foto the order ....last week the same ....they give you 2 pizzas first and 30 minutes later the wings ...2 weeks the same thing ...bad bad service.

I recently tried a stuffed crust 3 meat and mild wings. The pizza tasted really salty, and the wings seemed dry. I heard the Richmonds sold the place. Guess I'll have to find somewhere else to go :/

What has happened to this Austin highway Pizza Hut the pizza is not that good anymore the service is just really bad along with the headquarters of Pizza Hut right next door to their building guess I'll stick with Domino's....

This manager was just plain rude. She didn't like that my guys did not speak English so she was very short. I asked her why, and asked if she was upset about something. She just said what's wrong with being short with people. I said they don't tell you to do that in training. She said nobody tells me what to do. I asked for refund and left. Smh that's why the lobby is empty all day and night. Can't wait till corporate figures out she is the problem with that location

If you speak Spanish and ask for something in this place, do not expect them to speak to you in your language... although they do try to understand it but they get upset ... we arrived at 12 to eat and it was obvious that the place is not frequented why no one showed up when we ate.... Only takeout orders, but the place is Clean and tidy, only the bathrooms left a lot to be desired... and as for the service, I give it one star ⭐
I ordered food for delivery a while back, and apparently they partner with Doordarh. I had an issue with the delivery back them and they went back and forth with who's responsibility it was fixing the order. This time when I tried to order food for delivery the driver refused to give me the food because the store didn't offer contactless delivery, but Doordash did. The driver refused me my food, and when I called the store I was called a liar(by the supposed male manager on duty at 10 pm on 10/23/23) and told that I couldn't get the order I placed. Simply because I didn't sign a receipt on a contactless delivery. I told the driver I would sign it but after questioning the contactless delivery he was uncooperative.

What is going on with Pizza Hut lately. I order a pan pizza and end up with a tossed crust. Then I ordered what usually is a nicely packed with ingredient super supreme with extra cheese and extra olives and I get none of that but a few straggler pieces of green pepper, few stragglers of onion and one piece of each meat here and there. Seriously disappointed especially when there’s a craving for when they DO make it right. Ugh.

Ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered, when the driver arrived he only had 1 pizza and said they must have forgotten the second pizza and that he will be back with my other in 15 to 20 min. I called the pizza hut where the manager answered and told her my pizza was missing and she said that it was on its way. I was snappy with her because the pizza that did not arrive was for my kids and she started to yell at me with attitude so I yelled back at her then she hung up on me when I asked for her name and corporates number. I continued to call 23 more calls where we both exchanged words yelling as a manager she was very rude and should not be in customer service if she is going to have an attitude and cuss at customers. Everytime I called she would answer and hang up on me so when the driver came to drop off my pizza over 20 min after I asked for her name and it was april. I will be calling corporate because she should find another job since she seems to not value the one with pizza hut because no manager should speak as ugly and horrific as she did.
