Orderd food at 7:19, finally got it at 9:10 with no communication between that time. Food arrived but received none of the sauces that we had ordered and the pesto Margherita pizza had no pestoš. They couldāve been backed up and out of ingredients for all I know but 0 communication of that is absurd. No wonder weāve always ordered from papa johns

This location is a neighborhood staple and has always been there for at least 32 years that I know of. Customer service has always been good, in my experience and any time I encountered an issue, it was met with compromise and understanding. Love the crew and the food is always good!

Mario is the manager at this store. Are you kidding me?!!! Best service ever dude! Iāve never been here in person (millennial social issues) I am better online than I am in person. This manager truly was a nice person! I went in and just flat out told him, with full transparency, that my mother sent me and Iād never really been there in person. He said sure, what are you searching for. I said āmy mom said yall have some pizza bites type of pizza that has 3 different dipping sauces and he knew exactly what I was talking about. He said, unfortunately, that the sauces were out of stock and only available for a limited time, so I had to do without, but I was okay with hair because his quality service was worth it. Thanks Mario! I made my momma proud cause of you!

Why do remodeling on the restaurant if you canāt even make the pizza the pizza used to be good but itās always raw now and they refuse to deal with the customers ask by cooking it one and a half times to get it cook correctly if they canāt do that, how can they sit there and say they can make a pizza by doing something as simple as making it well done it is so sad. I canāt have Pizza Hut no more the raw nasty pizza and the attitude from the manager when you ask a simple task to cook it one and a half times he said itās against policy thatās bullshit. He didnāt want to do it. Well, I donāt wanna be a customer anymore. You get your way you donāt have to do it anymore. Please sucks. It needs a manager that wants to work no matter how much remodeling it has wouldnāt go there ever again.

I usually order Domino's, today we decided to go w/this Pizza Hut location. I ordered our food at 641pm for delivery. The email said, delivery be out by 740pm-750pm. It never came so I check my email to see it updated to 840pm-850pm. They didn't update us at all. My family is hungry, and I need to feed my disabled mother. So we call, they say they dont have a driver, and are relying on a other service. So I tell them I want a refund for the delivery fee and tip, since I'll be picking it up myself. Being they had no clue what the eta was. We pull up, I refunded, then charged. So thankfully that wasn't much of an issue. The pizza itself though... was terrible. Not even cut properly, normal amount of sauce wasn't even there. Should've stuck w/Domino's or even went to Heb and got a frozen pizza. Glad they refunded me my delivery fee and tip. Recommend they get new management or people who can do their job.
