The employees at this Pizza Hut were rude both in person and over the phone. When I called to ask about my order, the person on the phone had a terrible attitude and acted like I was bothering them just for asking a simple question. When I arrived to pick up my food, the staff at the counter weren’t any better—no greeting, no eye contact, just attitude.
Customer service here is seriously lacking, and it really ruins the whole experience. I used to enjoy Pizza Hut, but after how I was treated, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

As you can see from the receipt, what I ordered is not what I got. Especially paying for extra toppings and not getting the right product. The base was supposed to be a pesto Margherita. They didn't even get that right. Whenever we pulled up the employee was outside taking a smoke break. I don't know if they were rushing outside to get to that break, but basic order instructions were not followed.

Worst place to deal with, never delivers to the right place and will refuse to refund unless you hand over all your card information so they can steal it. Tried them multiple times thinking maybe it was just one bad person, but it's the while store. As criminal as the get.

Price said $5.75 on board and when I tried to buy the pizza they said price went up to $6.79 but they didn’t updated it and I hesitated to still buy it since it costs more than a dollar more now. When I open it, it is so flimsy and there is no crust on the bottom at all I can literally see right through the pizza and it looks so unappetizing and I don’t wanna take a bite out of it.
