By far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had I ordered online through the app and I didn't know if it was just an error on the app or what but there was hardly any options for this Pizza Hut. You could only have one kind of wings one sauce you weren't given the option for any seasoning on your pizza crust either. I place my order and got the New Yorker pepperoni pizza the chicken Alfredo and cheesy breadsticks. Ironically, the best chicken Alfredo I had from a Pizza Hut was this one. It was great but could use a little more sauce. But had a decent amount of chicken on it. The cheesy breadsticks were by far foul. I literally threw them out. They were so disgusting. They were stale and all the cheese taste terrible. It was hardly any cheese on them to begin with and there was none of that iconic hut favorite seasoning sprinkled on top like every other Pizza Hut does. For the New York pizza I ordered extra sauce and hut flavored seasoning on the crust and I receive neither there was very minimal sauce but decent amount of pepperoni and cheese. However, the crust really needed that seasoning cause it was just bland. When I went to pick up my order, I ordered contactless delivery, but yet, I still had to walk in when I walked in every after using the app, the Emil check in, and calling. The lady working the register was extremely rude, tossed me my food, and when I asked if the sauces I ordered were in it in the boxes, she cut me off. She said yes, very rudely I proceeded to walk out and come back to eat my food. The dipping sauce I ordered for my cheesy breadsticks was not the sweet marinara that all other pizza huts use and was just some bland sauce. The garlic sauce is good however but it comes pre packed . Overall I would never order from this Pizza Hut due to lack of options. Lack of work ethic lack of quality products, and just terrible worker attitude.

I never got my order. I had a long past few days at work. I haven't had time to eat in over 48 hours and now everything is closed. I don't have any food at my place because it's dorm move out and I have no storage for things.

Price said $5.75 on board and when I tried to buy the pizza they said price went up to $6.79 but they didn’t updated it and I hesitated to still buy it since it costs more than a dollar more now. When I open it, it is so flimsy and there is no crust on the bottom at all I can literally see right through the pizza and it looks so unappetizing and I don’t wanna take a bite out of it.

I keep getting suckered into ordering. Most ingredients are not available. No salads. No hot wings and half of the time they push delivery to Door Dash. First time never delivered and the second was cold. I do like the pizza, but this store cannot seem to figure out product and delivery.

Always out of items/ingredients when app says they have them. Limited choices and always gets orders wrong and staff always has bad attitude. Closer to my house than others but I'd rather drive an hour than put up with their crap.

I called in a pickup order from this location. At first, it sounded like a centralized call center (that I've experienced with other pizza chains) because it was hard to understand the person over the phone. The person seemed bothered to have to answer the phone. However, my pizza was ready in the time given to me over the phone and I was able to pick it up without waiting. I assume the dining area is closed right now since I saw A LOT of empty pizza boxes stacked up in the lobby for orders. The pizza smelled great and was hot and fresh.

They're extremely fast with getting the food out and everything. Unfortunately every time I order wings, the wings never have sauce, and there's barely any sauce on the pizza.

Kinda disappointed. Crust was soggy and I was missing a lot of sauces, I asked for. I had to tell them on three different occasions to bring out things I asked for the first time on my order. Also I asked for my wings to be cooked extra crispy and they were very flabby.
