This location has prepared my food incorrectly so many times, at this point I feel it's deliberate. Just as another reviewer stated, good luck getting in content with management. They are a ghost. Complaints have fallen on deaf ear. Beware of this or any location of Pizza Hut. I'm eating Marcos from now on.

Ordered a pizza arrived with an open box . Store said they were out of stickers but the box was open and had been sitting at the store waiting for the driver . Paid $30 for a pizza that should have been $10 carry out and had to come get a hot pizza myself instead . I won’t order from this location again

This location is absolutely horrible. I tried multiple times ordering on the app and it consistently would error out. So, I called the customer service number, placed the order, got transferred to the store for payment. I specifically asked if my order would be done right and didn’t want to impose since it was 30 minutes until close. He assured me- your order is fine and will be delivered.
Then, I get a call from DoorDash asking where my home was located. I gave him directions and asked him if I could sign for a tip. He said that I owed $35.70 in cash for the order. I told him I paid with my debit card and could show him. He said he was just instructed to drop it off and collect $35.70 in cash and was unfamiliar with this type of transaction, as most are usually paid for….
So…. scam!
Furthermore, he refused to come to my door to help me address the issue. He says “if you don’t pay this amount, you cannot have your order because it will come out of my [his account]”.
Pizza Hut is closed at this point. Not only did they try to charge me double for my order that I never received… the Dasher kept the order so I suppose I paid for a Dasher to eat their $27.99 Bundle Deal this evening. Terrible experience. Will never order from here again. Robbing people like this is criminal. Now I will be having to get a refund for this ridiculous mishap and address this in person!

The actual service that I received from the employees that were physically in the store was excellent. Ordering process was easy with them, the wait time on the food was dead on, and the food itself was excellent. The only reason I can't give all five stars is because of the hell that I went through before I arrived at the restaurant while trying to order from the app, the website and over the phone. The first 2 would not work at all and the third option was thru whatever call center they use to take orders over the phone. And when trying to order over the phone and they screw that up and transfer you to the actual store to fix it but the call does not connect after multiple tries, all you can do is cancel and go order in person. The worst experience trying to place the order remotely in any way but in person was excellent. Hopefully they will get their technical issues fixed shortly, though i was told in store that it had been going on for several days by then.

Domino's will actually deliver your pizza. Do not order from Pizza Hut. They send your order off through DoorDash and wipe their hands off any responsibility. They don't answer their phone and their online chat is a joke. Don't waste your time or your hard-earned money. You deserve better. Much better and Pizza Hut ain't it.

I had lunch special (that i have not seen any were else) and it was sooo good I wanted to go back for dinner
The special was their new-ish pizza melts and boneless wings (very meaty, juicy with light crust) combo with a drink choice.
Definitely recommend, especially if having a pizza 🍕 craving😋
I had made a mistake when ordering. I had put the wrong time for the delivery. I tried changing the time through the app, website, etc and there was no option to change the delivery time after placing an order. I tried calling and was transferred several times and didn't get much help. Once I talked to what I believe was the manager of the location I ordered from he asked what time I wanted to change my order to and I did, 1 o'clock PM. I did not receive my order nor confirmation that the time had been changed or that my delivery was on its way. I'm NEVER ordering from Pizza Hut again. Awful experience.
Really clean and a cool throwback feel to eating in the restaurant, but what really made the place stand out was the service. The gentleman at the front was very helpful in getting us the best deals and was very friendly in general. Great place for a family outing!

This pizza hut is the worst pizza hut I have ever dealt with we ordered food yesterday meat pizza for some reason they gave us cheese pizza the pizza wasn't cut the wings were just thrown together. There wasn't sauce on all of them just a few not sure if I could post the pictures on here, but i'm going to try. I went in about ten minutes ago there were absolutely no help the manager sat back there on the computer, and just told the employee to tell me there's nothing they can do i'm gonna try to post the pictures now. I will never go back there again, the pizza wasn't even cut.I had to do it myself. Very dissatisfied with this pizza hut

I ordered a tavern style (square) pepperoni pizza. Instead we got 2 round pizzas covered with jalapeño peppers. I called the delivery driver (turned out to be a door dasher) who said 1) I would have to contact door dash to get a refund 2) he couldn't bring us the correct pizza I called pizza hut three times only to be hung up on EVERY SINGLE TIME. Since I didn't order through door dash, there's no way for me to request a refund. I guess I'll have to wait and see if the owner of this restaurant will respond to my post so I can get a refund. Since I was hung up on 3 times last night, I'm not sure even showing up in person would help. Besides, I shouldn't have to pay a personal visit to resolve such a matter. I only patronize this restaurant because 1) Hungry Howies no longer carries the deep dish pizza 2) I was told the owner lives in my neighborhood 3) they still sponsor the Book It program

The line was so long and the wait was forever. I saw people standing at the front of theline ten minutes before getting helped and a doordash driver gave up and walked out. I'm about to do the same they can have 4 more minutes. I'm sure the food is good but if your a driver like myself you aren't going to make money thanks to the wait👎🏼
