Ordered a Pepperoni Lover's pizza, got this instead. This has happened twice. There was hardly any sauce, mostly bread and cheese. Don't like to complain but judging by the massive negative reviews, maybe it's time to clean house?

Food looked pretty awful when I got it. Came in, ordered it, left, and it immediately looked terrible. Not the first time either. Since so much of the pizza didn't have any cheese or toppings or sauce it tasted pretty terrible too. Don't go here, let them die.

Asked for original pan crust, was given a thin crust pizza, they told me to go back to get the original pan crust for free, went back and pizza tasted horrible, barely had any marinara sauce in it.
I dont know why i decided to give them another chance, i already knew this location sucks…
I live 3 minute walking distance from this location and i always rather buy pizza from another pizza hut (10 min drive) because this location is clearly poorly managed. It is very sketchy, dirty, dark and scary, and the quality is not pizza hut quality. Owners should really dive in and take care of business.

Pizza delivery was an hour late; crust not what I ordered, pizza cold, dry and the order unfilled. Sides ordered, paid for, and not delivered. Never again.
No longer a dine in place. What a shame. Why even have a dining room. What are your pizza at the counter pay for it along with your bottled drinks there is no refills from a fountain machine. You want water? Tough you have to pay marked up prices to get a bottle of water. I'll never dine here again.

Poor serv.,lazy staff only plastic bottles for drinks outrageous , the staff give more attention entertaining themselves in back of kitchen. Alfred had no desire to help us and gave attitude when asked a simple task/question. Staff needs to be better trained.

I don't know what's going on at this Pizza Hut location, but whatever it is....it's great! Staff is friendly yet still professional. They also cleaned up the restaurant so you can sit down and eat a pizza with your family and/or friends, just like the old pre-Covid days! I'd love to see them bring back a small salad bar too. It would be just like I was back in high school! Ha! Whoever has made the changes at this location...thanks, and it's noticed I'm sure by more folks than myself!
