I have been going to Daily bread lately and I was just there yesterday. I must say the food was extremely fresh. The managers and employees are pleasant, nice and forever greeting with a beautiful smile. The Turkey Italian Sandwich on Honey wheat is so healthy and freshly prepared by gentlemen who are clean and precised. The Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and muffins are deliciously fresh. From the moment you walk in, there is always a warm greeting from the bakers working and the counter staff. This place has some of my favorite baked items. Whenever I'm in the area I stop in for 2 cranberry orange scones for a friend in Boerne who doesn't make it in often, and I send a picture of the lemon bars to a chef friend in CA who misses them more than anything else in SA!
