Had my son stop by the Wendy's on de zavala for the family nuggets. They told them explicitly that it was regular nuggets not spicy and when they brought the nuggets in and I started to pass they nuggets around for everyone they were all spicy. Called the store at least 10 times from my phone it rings 5 times then hangs up. My son calls it and he doesn't even get the ringing. This is unacceptable I had little kids to feed. And had to throw the nuggets away no one could eat them.
OMG! THIS PLACE HAS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE. WITH THIS ILLITERATE GUY NAME ROLANDO NOTHING GETS DONE. HES SUCH A LAZY PERSON DONT KNOW WHATS GOING AND COMING, ALL HE CARES IS ABOUT HIS TIME OFF, BONUS . THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING READY FOR BREAKFAST, HES SUCH A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. PLEASE MAKA A CHANGE , BUY FOR GOOD. THIS STORE NEEDS A GOOD DM , CAUSE WITH ROLANDO NOTHING GETS DONE.

Had a couple of times where the manager in charge was very rude in taking orders, the wait is long despite hardly any line, but today was just horrible as I found what had to be at least half a tablespoon of salt at the bottom of my container of 4 piece nuggets. I loved Wendy's, but this location needs changes.
