the girl at the window this evening was patient and professional. she had to return inside twice to get things and she came back out with a smile. thankful for the good customer service
Food was good, soda selection was lacking, and of course our frosty machine is down
We ordered a dry chicken sandwich combo. It took a long time to come out and it had mayo on it. We took it back and they said it would come out soon. They lied and instead forgot about it. When we asked they said they had not started on it due ot a confusion. We then had to wait event longer to eat. The guys were just standing there doing nothing. Terrible .

Wendy's restaurant is a popular fast-food chain, but this location stands out due to its exceptional service from employees like Adam and Jeannine. Adam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience, taking orders with kindness and accuracy, helping with parking, and providing a wheelchair when needed. He even accommodates dietary restrictions by making vegetarian food that meets specific requirements. Jeannine is known for her super friendly demeanor and amazing customer service, which many guests say is the reason they return. While the food is standard Wendy's fare, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the helpfulness of the staff make this Wendy's worth visiting. Guests have mentioned that the service can vary, with some interactions being less friendly, but overall, the positive experiences with the staff, including quick service and attentiveness, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
