Had a couple of times where the manager in charge was very rude in taking orders, the wait is long despite hardly any line, but today was just horrible as I found what had to be at least half a tablespoon of salt at the bottom of my container of 4 piece nuggets. I loved Wendy's, but this location needs changes.

Had my son stop by the Wendy's on de zavala for the family nuggets. They told them explicitly that it was regular nuggets not spicy and when they brought the nuggets in and I started to pass they nuggets around for everyone they were all spicy. Called the store at least 10 times from my phone it rings 5 times then hangs up. My son calls it and he doesn't even get the ringing. This is unacceptable I had little kids to feed. And had to throw the nuggets away no one could eat them.

Watch out guys. The cashier told me the register was down and asked if I have cash. My total should have been about $25 and he told me it would be $30.After I questioned the price he "re-calculated" and then gave me a "discount" and the total was the $25 it was supposed to be.After leaving I could see another cashier ringing up another customer on the register.

It’s Crazy how Wendy’s allow you to use offers but everytime it’s time to get the discount it’s always a problem. I’ve worked all week and decided to treat myself and son to something small before I started work but yet I open my bag and see the meat is not edible. I don’t understand how it makes sense that just because I use a coupon offer you give me something I wouldn’t give a pet.It’s hard as hell and I can’t understand how you can actually feed someone.I don’t leave bad reviews but this one had to be left I ignored so many red flags you guys did to me before but this was by far horrible and I called your phone about 10 times and no one can answer.
