Well, I'm not sure what happened to this Pizza Hut, but I absolutely had to come change my 5 star rating from a few years ago to a 1 star after today's order. The service was absolutely horrible. They seriously acted as if I was bothering them for wanting to pick up my pizza. To make matters worse, when I got home and opened the box, the pizza was incorrect. Goodbye, Pizza Hut, Jets Pizza up the street has my order from now on.

I placed an order 8 days ago, and it was never delivered. Can’t get anybody to even answer the phone to refund me. Pizza Hut corporate has tried to help me, but they can’t issue refunds from a franchise they don’t own. Beware: this location might just take your money and never deliver the product.

My father picked up the order.He didn't realize the pizza was wrong until he got home. Both my mother and I tried to call the Pizza Hut. No answer. Long wait on phone. No one would answer. Then after a while someone hung up the phone. My father returned the pizza and asked for a refund. We won't be back. Zero stars. It's not one star. It's ZERO.

Evidently the employees including front leads and managers don’t have to give last names just so if I needed to call back I’m not asking for different people with the same first name. So this review is for every Lindsey that works at this location….?? Learn professional skills in business, when a customer asks for your name unless you’ve done something wrong just give it to them. Hopefully I don’t have to visit this location and run into Lindsey aka the lead front AND the manager

So I order a medium pizza about 3 weeks ago and Pizza Hut screwed up my order. One of the guys in charge that day told me to just call back to get get a replacement. So I called today to get the same order and they wanna act like nothing happened. Pizza Hut u have to do better to better serve the customer when it was y’all’s mess up. Never will I order from Pizza Hut and it hits me to say but me being in customer service for over 30 yrs this is a dissatisfied customer. We have officially broken up!!!
I used to love going to Pizza Hut, but I think it’s really gone downhill. The pizza had no flavor and the breadsticks were hard and tasted like garlic cardboard. I am so disappointed since this used to be my favorite place to get pizza from. It doesn’t taste like it used to and I don’t recommend ordering from here.

Received a text at 8:01 stating my delivery was on the way. Took 30 mins to deliver a pizza to my house which is 1.4 miles away. Pizza lukewarm. I called and they said “we are busy” I said to deliver a pizza 1.4 miles away? Yeah ok. Will not be ordering carry out anymore!

Waited an hour for cold pizza. I am blind the driver drove around me and left. Had to call the store they sent him back. These people have no business doing delivery. Do yourself a favor don't shop at places that take advantage of the disabled !

Simon and his associates are the best people. They always and consistently take care of my family. The pizza is always fresh and appealing. The order is correct and delivered very quickly. This is the best Pizza Hut.
