Do not ever use Pizza Hut delivery. I ordered dinner for my family at 630 PM. I utilized the online app to order. After placing my order I checked my email and saw that delivery was gong to be 115 minutes. If I had known this I wouldn't have placed the order. It was a Thursday evening so I wouldn't expect they would have these issues. Regardless, the email stated my order would arrive at 815 PM. It is 830 PM and it is still not here. I attempted to call the store and after 10 rings the person said to hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected. I'm still waiting on my pizza. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. I urge everyone to order from another company because I don't want you to be as frustrated as I am. My kids go to be in 10 minutes and still no dinner. This company clearly doesn't care about customer service.

Had to order a gluten free pizza because my daughter can't have gluten, this thing had what looked like chips at the crust it was so thin and hard. Not only that but it was burnt and had cracks. My wife took it back in and this white guy with a Houston rockets hat says "Well it's gluten free. Duh it's going to look like that. It doesn't get as thick as a regular pizza." Had to get the manager before getting a good one. Kid was really cocky and acted like his manager shouldn't have fixed it. New pizza took a while but it was 100X better than the first one. Pizza was good, wait was long, then even longer because we had to get another pizza. And the customer service was very bad. When I went in to pay, they were all talking and joking around, I had to tell them 3 times I was picking up before finally getting it. And the manager was the one doing most the work. Kid ringing me up wouldn't even tell me my order. All of them were just standing around on their phones.

This location is the closest to our house BUT always a problem to order from here!!! Always out of something and always a hassle to order online. I have to go to another location (further away) to place an order. NEVER ready when you do order for pickup!

We ordered a pasta deal that came with breadsticks. However after waiting an extremely long time for the food to be delivered it was missing the breadsticks. I spoke to the manager on duty and his reply was very flippant. He offered to give me a $5 credit and never acted like he cared that there was a mistake made. Never ordering from there again!

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I'm sitting here waiting 30 minutes since my order said it would be ready, in that time 3 other people have complained of long waits, and I've had a lady come in to return a wrong order. The phone has been ringing since I got here and nobody has even attempted to answer. Drive a little longer and go to a different Pizza Hut. Hopefully new management takes over

Firstly, I would give this branch a 0 rating. Ordered food to be delivered. After over an hour of waiting, we called to find out the status. Were told it was on the way. We live less than a mile from the store. Another 15 minutes passed. Called back, told that rep would call driver to find out what was happening. Did not hear back. 20 minutes later and 2 phone calls from my wife, still no food or update. Canceled order after 1 hours and 35 mins of waiting. Shocking service. Not using again.
