Do not ever use Pizza Hut delivery. I ordered dinner for my family at 630 PM. I utilized the online app to order. After placing my order I checked my email and saw that delivery was gong to be 115 minutes. If I had known this I wouldn't have placed the order. It was a Thursday evening so I wouldn't expect they would have these issues. Regardless, the email stated my order would arrive at 815 PM. It is 830 PM and it is still not here. Had to order a gluten free pizza because my daughter can't have gluten, this thing had what looked like chips at the crust it was so thin and hard. Not only that but it was burnt and had cracks. My wife took it back in and this white guy with a Houston rockets hat says "Well it's gluten free. Duh it's going to look like that. It doesn't get as thick as a regular pizza." This location is the closest to our house BUT always a problem to order from here!!! Always out of something and always a hassle to order online. I have to go to another location (further away) to place an order. NEVER ready when you do order for pickup!
