The new hand tossed dough is disgusting and looks, feels and tastes like plastic. Plastic play food tastes better. I threw my entire pizza away and ate a much better frozen pizza. Never again Pizza Hut.

Ordered delivery with a guarantee time 30 minutes later, didn’t receive it for an hour (or at all for that matter) because this location decided to send employees home early (because “it’s Sunday” ??) literally had the order just sitting there hoping a dasher would pick it up, all of this only being communicated AFTER we called another location to see what the deal was when Military didn’t pick up the phone (literally was sending us to VM that said they were CLOSED before their actual closing time) and miraculously someone answers after we made the complaint. Been starving this entire time because they didn’t bother to call or turn off delivery service online. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Horrible horrible service. Was missing a pasta from a Big Dinner Box. When I called no one answered. I called again and someone from a call center answered only to be told by 4 other small center employees that they can’t help me or issue a refund. Why have these employees without the necessary tools and access to actually be able to handle customer service.

Decided to order pizza on Halloween and while it took way longer than anticipated the crew was working their butt's off to get orders out as quickly as they could. More so they remained super calm and polite when customers yelled and complained that it was taking longer than normal. They were apologetic for the wait and did a great job of explaining the reason their online order was different from real time and we're transparent with wait time. Time quoted in store was accurate and my food was hot and fresh when ready. Did have to go back for my drinks but that was more on me not checking what my family ordered than Pizza Hut.

My family and I entered the restaurant to order pizza and were informed there would be a 20-minute wait. I noticed a table available with some paperwork on it and politely asked if we could sit there while waiting, as we had our young children with us. The manager came over and abruptly informed me that this location was not for dining in, and before I could explain our situation, she turned and walked away in a dismissive manner.
I will never visit that location again.

Everything gets a one star review, manager was super mean and rude and in titled. The pizza quality was horrible compared to other Pizza Hut locations. It also took 40 minutes to get my order. They also gave me the wrong kind of pizza. The condition of the store is beyond horrible, everything was dirty and not clean at all. I am very upset on how this place is kept and managed

I went to this location I saw they had a drive-thru window but I believe it was only a pickup window regardless the guy working by the name of Domingo let me order and brought my food out to me in 10 minutes it was great service he did me a great favor cuz I was in a really big rush trying to get food to my kids before work thank you so much domingo for being super sweet and nice great service food was great

Carry out service terrible! Drive through person incompetent and a smart mouth. Talking to the manager who was on duty 8-23-24 at 8 pm and she was worse. I got my pizza an HOUR after ordering, the food was cold and the manager offered no apology and then was rude to me as I was leaving with a sarcastic “have a nice day”. Totally unprofessional and I will never order with this Pizza hut again!
