Waited 50 minutes and still didn't get taken care of until and it would've been longer had I not walked in to get my refund. Loads of other people ordered way after me and got taken care of quick. I didn't order anything crazy. Just 2 regular pepperonis and bread sticks which is what other people ordered. I walk in to get a refund and half the people are goofing around talking about having their friends pulling up to the store. I parked directly in front of the door so me being visible to the employees shouldn't have been a problem.

I went in to order a simple pepperoni pizza and I was met with what seemed to be corporate, the name on the receipt says Steven, but he was white and dressed like a corporate manager. He takes my order and never asked for my name. I sit down to wait for my order thinking it would take like 5 minutes. I was there waiting for 20 minutes and they were so confused they had misplaced my order. I saw them give it to someone else then lie to me saying it would be out shortly and that they never misplaced it. Then they proceed to rush the pizza and it’s all sloppy when I open it up. Very disappointed on corporate who seemed likes he’s been there for a while but yet still can’t take a simple pepperoni pizza order.

We actually very much enjoy the pizza from this Pizza Patron Location. It's inexpensive yet well made pizza with good taste. We usually order a Spinach Classico and add chicken, mushrooms and black olives. Hits the spot almost everytime.
