The employee told me I was wrong for not removing an item that the app does not even include on the indgredients or the removal options. After waiting for almost an hour for my order barely to be remade and nothing given to compensate the argument or the time and mistake!

Hands down the best pizza in the city. Love their food and they always get my order right.

Bought a 5 meat large pizza. No sauce detected. Called to let them know. Was told had to return pizza to get a refund. No offer to make a new one or an apology given. BTW was told there was a charge for extra sauce which in my case there was none. Won’t be going back.

Haven't received my food yet due to having to wait almost an hour. Called guy said it was out of his hands. So asked to tell the drvier to cancel ill pick it up. He didn't call me had to drive there to actually be told he gave it to the driver after telling him not to. All it takes is to communicate properly with people.

Thank you to the lady doing her best to satisfy all the customers as soon as possible, to her younger coworker sitting down “wether on break or not” I firmly believe you owe this lady a vocal response when she’s asking for not even help but a question. I’d ask for your name but there’s so much huffing and puffing coming from your mouth that I won’t waste my own breath. Long time service industry right here and I think your behavior is childish.

Thought it was a great idea for our Sunday night late dinner not knowing that the next day that everyone in my household had got food poisoning and the runs and still going on for all this week it was some good pizzas don’t get me wrong but I guess something wasn’t put in correctly cause me and my whole family is sick

Pizza's wasn't ready at the specified time of pickup. And the person working there did not wear gloves or a hairnet while preparing/handling the pizza.

Tonight was a very poor visit at this location. I pulled up to the drive-through window with one car in front of me. The car in front was just putting in her order and parked at the drive-through window. I called the restaurant and asked them to ask the car in front to drive around and park in the main parking lot - the person on the phone said he could not do that. He reported if they order at the drive-through window, the person can park there until they get their pizza. Consequently, the drive-through window lane would be blocked for up to 20 minutes. So, they told me go around her and come into the restaurant to pick up my pizza. Why the lady in front of me couldn’t park in the parking lot until her order was ready is still a mystery to me. Additionally, I asked to have the pizza unsliced to keep the grease from seeping through and making the crust all soggy - the staff sliced the pie, and the crust was drenched in grease when I got home. The pizza was awful. Suggest you get pizza elsewhere. This place has some serious staffing and management problems.

Thank you Bianca for making my second experience wonderful! I enjoyed my meal! The crisp of the crust is a winner for me! I can’t see myself eating anything better than this. Also the churros are the best I have ever had based off size to filling ratio and crisp.
