I saw them showcased on Great Day San Antonio news show celebrating Madi Gra. They had beingais (sp?) and a variety of coffees. I have been looking for someplace that sells them, so I stopped by to get some for work. They were great, warm with lots of Powder Sugar. PJs has a variety of items to eat as well as drinks. It's a cozy place, not very busy. There were a couple of people on their computers, so they have WIFI available.
I come in twice a week in the mornings and Emmanuel is the best! He knew my name after just 2 weeks and that's never happened to me at a coffee shop before so I don't know if I just visit too much or what ? but I have to say he's the best barista I've ever had. I ALWAYS get a honey oat milk latte with real honey and a croissant warmed up and it's perfect. I wish I could sit and stay a while as the atmosphere is nice and cozy but duty calls. I would believe...
I really like this place but they get my order wrong a lot. Every time actually even though I specify as much as possible. Specifically when I order a Classic Turkey and Swiss in the morning and they give me a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin… Second thing is getting a hot coffee when I asked for iced.
