As a single solider trying to balance Army life and raising two kiddos Zedrics has been a total life saver. I’m currently 6 months postpartum and it’s been very hard meal prepping to lose weight but also be able to keep my milk supply. I’ve been eating Zedrics meals for lunch and dinner the last three weeks. The weight has been falling off and my supply hasn’t changed at all!!!
