So they have the wings special still up so I ask for it and the lady said I can’t have it. I replied well it’s still on your window. So instead of just honoring and removing the ad she started getting rude and telling me that she will not give it to me and that it was going to be more expensive. Honestly I hope this gets to corporate and something happens. I will never go to Popeyes again and I go often

I came to this location a hour before it closed I ordered a 5 pc chicken 2 biscuits and 2 rice and bean sides with a coupon I came home their were 3 pieces of chicken 1 biscuit and one side of beans and rice I paid $11 for half the meal it seemed like the girl at the window was more concerned to get home than to serve me the correct order it is now to late I am home meal was cold night shift management should be present I don’t remember the girl name she was heavy set working at the window

Customer service in the drive thru was trash due to Christina wanting to argue over the intercom and basically saying she could make the wait longer if she wanted to. So I went inside only to see her moving slowly and careless while doing others orders. Only reason they get more than 1 star is because of the manager that was on duty today. Other than that, 1 star.

We love the chicken that is prepared here, the normal one like the Spacy, the salads and the purees very well.
So the chicken is great, but their chicken tenders not so much. Dont know if it's a different battery but not for me. Wish they would bring back the parfaits man the strawberry one was our favorite as kids.

This Popeye’s has rules! If they mess up your order you better let them know immediately. I paid for two sandwiches in the drive-thru for dinner but only got one. We don’t live close so when I went back less than 24 hours later the store manager was present, but didn’t apologize for her store’s mistake. She chastised me for not calling, for not coming back until the next day stating “how do I know you didn’t get the sandwich?”. And THIS is the store manager! Avoid this store—if the highest-level store manager leads by example you can imagine how many issues this location has.

Worst Popeyes staff ever. Covered in hickeys and cashier had the worst attitude. Horrible experience dealing with her. Food took forever. Manager moving at the slowest possible pace. Highly recommend driving a little further just to avoid this location.
