Customer service remains at an ALL TIME LOW!!!!! This location is garbage. The drive-through lady was rude to my hubby. He politely said thank you when receiving our food. However, he received a rude mmmm hmmmm response. Then, we finally arrived home only to find they put zero biscuits in our order. But, they gave us soooooooooo much honey 🤨. I could literally fill a jar. Long story short, we should have checked the order like we normally do. At least the chicken was good....
Every time we’ve come to this location, the manager Maria is always here, she always provides amazing customer service, the food is always hot and fresh, she is the reason we come to this location! Thank you for your world class customer service!
Th service is always slow. The counter person didn't recognize us at the counter for five minutes, and finally, the windows person cane over to help us. Thank God. My daughter likes their sandwiches there, other than that I would happily spend my money elsewhere. Customer service definitely needs improvement
