Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We've been here about 4 times. The first time was good but the last 3 times were awful bc of long wait times and cold and missing food. We will not be returning. Update! Slow slow slow in the front!

Order through the Popeye’s app and request hand delivery. Door dash steals food. Everything arrived that was ordered. And quality was as expected.

Restaurant update 7-9-26. As soon as we entered the establishment it smelled like mildew/ mold. Staff were not welcoming at all or tentative to arriving customers. Chicken was ok the Mac and cheese tasted funny so did the mashed potatoes but we still ate it. Hopefully we don’t get sick. Cleanliness is still dirty and filthy dead flies along the windows surrounded in blood from killing them I assume. Kitchen was dirty and filthy as well. I assume the mildew/ mold smell is coming from the ceiling. I can only imagine how much black mold is above the white squares/ ceiling. You can tell they have roof leaks which is causing the black mold. The black mold poses a major health hazard for the employees and customers. Here are a few photos to back up my review.

The specific location always is the best and I have had Popeyes in Louisiana and it wasn’t as good as this location maybe that’s a stretch, but they’re good every time

Terrible experience today. Ordered a 2 piece and paid extra to have a breast and I was given a thigh! My tenders were not even warm at all! To top it off the kid at the window didn’t say a word or respond after I said thank you and have good day to him. Absolutely unacceptable! When someone chooses to drop $35 on food the least I expect is warm food and the correct items I ordered.

I always enjoy the customer service when I come into the establishment The food is always well seasoned and always to my liken. I always get the five piece half and half tenders large combo with a regular vina rice and a regular mash and a large diet Coke. Always fresh.
