In app order: Today, I received old chicken. They were out of the drink that I ordered. Requested blackened ranch, received buttermilk ranch. That's an improvement. Usually, they never put the suace in the bag. Back to the wings... this was the first time that I received decent size wings, but they were old/dry.
I'm from New Orleans, and I've been to almost every popeye's. In this city and this is definitely the best one that I've been to. So far, the chicken was cooked, perfect. The guy at the drive-through was extremely polite, did not have an attitude, and my order was ready very quickly, and I hate to say it. But that's unusual, and I was extremely happy with the food you could taste. How clean the kitchen was! Good job, patranko, crew, keep up the good work.
I had the crispy spicy chicken sandwich and it was very delicious! Had the red beans and rice and that was great too!
