Fast, friendly,and great food

Finally the only customer and no long line and they still didn't focus on getting my order right. I wanted the big box and said repeatedly that I wanted bbq sauce, it said ranch on the screen, I had to ask them again at the window because they put ranch in the bag. I ordered and extra biscuit and they are $1.29. No extra biscuit and I also krder a regular chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy one, I did as or the tenders in the box to be spicy, but I wanted a regular sandwich. I get confusion in a rush but when you only have the ONE CUSTOMER on a simple order and still get it wrong and charge but not deliver. I only came because everything else was closed. Next time, I am going up the road to Canes if I get a late night chicken craving, that was my first instinct and I did not listen to myself.

Food was hot and tasty. Some places do not use the proper amount of seasoning in the red beans rice. They were on point. Having a packet of butter for my biscuit would have the cherry on the top! But no butter. Staff was friendly and experienced. Great Job.

I arrived at 10:00 pm on 3/28/2026
The cashier charged me 3 dollars more even with the app code deal. He wouldn't even let me speak and kept insisting that I needed to pay in the app to get the deal, but that is what the code is used for. I have used their app deals by giving the code and the app price deal is respected.

He wouldn't let another worker help either and interrupted him twice as well.
I appreciate that the other worker tried to do help in situation.
I stopped disputing it to avoid any more problems, but I will not be ordering from this place again.

They made me wait more than fifteen minutes when I only had one item that I could see was done, the girl made other orders and even drive thru while I stood waiting all the while she was giving attitude, multiple workers asked if I was helped, told them I had one thing and was still made to wait. I normally would just let it go but it’s always something with this place, I have gone at least 4 or 5 times this month and something is always missing, this time it was a whole box of biscuits, it has been overall a very rude atmosphere and experience

Don’t eat here Roxanne is incredibly rude majority of staff is rude and my order wasn’t fresh at all unfortunately this place has gone down over the years

...during lunch, as most during has jobs they need to return to, the service was rather extra slow. Staff might have been short and at the same time it does takes 20+ minutes to wait for ice-tea and some fries. 🫤

Man the gave me dry wings and then they put so much sweet heat on them it was bathing in the sweet heat and then the burgers that come with the bundle the chicken wasn’t even flatten like it was supposed to be and all the batter was coming off someone answers the phone and my wife’s wings barely had any dry rum on them worth night ever after working 13 hours at work

Was disappointed with the chicken
The service was horrible !
