I asked for BBQ sauce at the drive-thru intercom.... received NONE.
Nice people and yummy food, but don't forget what the customer asked for.

I personally felt it extremely important to give this location and it's employees the highest of praise possible as they ALWAYS exceed in customer service !! They are always welcoming their customers with a smile as well as making sure that their customers leave with one also ! I have NEVER had a single bad experience at this location what so ever !! As I sat enjoying my lunch today I was pleased to witness an employee go out of her way to help an elder with understanding the ON LINE ordering process for future orders. Not many people nowadays would be that considerate ! I will definitely be returning here more often !

I got a ghost pepper sandwhich and wings, the wings were supposed to be hot bbq, they were just plains but idc. What got me was the moldy bread with my chicken sandwich 😭. Ty for inspiring me to stop eating fast food🙏

The staff at this location are horrible. Took 30 minutes to get 2 box combos. The employees were more worried about anything besides taking care of their customers. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me at all. They got order wrong, items missing in my order. Did not even get utensils or napkins. Not even get any sauces that I ordered.
