Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The chicken was hot and crispy when I got it. The service we got was excellent. I came from a place that didn't have Popeyes and I never realized how much better their chicken is than KFC. Only thing missing was butter for the biscuits.

Would never go back and would not recommend.
Got 4 tenders instead of 5 and they were the size of my pinky. Honestly ridiculous.
The one star would only be for the beans and rice because the service was as bad as the food. To top it all off there were no other customers and we waited over 15mins for those 4 little pieces. My husband decided not to go back because he was going to a Spurs game and didn’t want to be late but honestly horrible experience.

Didn’t have time to take a pic but if you see the pic from 6 months ago that someone else posted that’s a great example of what they serve. Nothing close to the pics, not even the place looks that good.

Parking lot full of potholes,potholes full of dirty stagnat water. Restaurant all over neglected dirty appearance. Looks like floors and walls need crud cutter and several bleach baths before. They will ever be clean.

Vegetarian options: None.

Parking: Always crowded few spots .weirdly shaped parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: No!!!! It's hard to navigate parking lot needs to be resurfaced and potholes fixed.

This place is run by teenagers, and they don't care. The drive thru needs to be hidden and food over fried, and I wouldn't recommend going there. Upgrade asap

We ordered $6 box chicken leg and thigh, chicken strips, 2 mash potatoes, red beans and rice. We also ordered 2 LG drinks. We were charged for 2 LG drinks but got 2 mediums.. the hateful boy had the nerve to say they were large. We order here all the time. They gave me chicken breast and wing. We took the order back in. The female manager or whatever she was.. very rude. This manager snatch the reciept out of my hand... She lied I know what we ordered. Y'all better watch the size of your drinks. We paid for Large and got medium. This is a Breach of contract in legal terms. Since the manager was very rude to us.. well guess what I'm going to sue y'all for a Breach of contract. Please if y'all go to this location make sure they are giving you what you paid for!!? They need to fire that boy in drive thru and the female Manager on duty. This so call Manager doesn't have enough common sense to be manager. The boy in drive thru needs to retrained. They need to close this place down. I'll see y'all in court !! I won't get much but it's the principle of the matter
