They got the order right but when we got to the windows we got the food and the fries were everywhere in the bag instead of the proper container that its suppose to be in and when they refunded the money they took some money and left my brother with $0.00
Visited store 2264 in San Antonio, TX off WW White Rd and Houston. It was clean, Service was quick. Food was hot and fresh. Prices are good. I ordered the Big Box Special and it is a great value for the price.

I had an excellent experience at Popeyes .The food was hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. My entire experience was one of the best I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. Whoever the manager was on duty at 7:10 PM deserves recognition for running such a great team. Thank you for the great food and excellent service—I will definitely be back!
