Very bad service, long wait and no clear comunication

Employees were arguing. I was inside for ten minutes and wasn't even acknowledged
Lady asked for my order and got started on it before I got to the cashier, great service! Chicken was hot and crispy.
Restaurants are always clean, service is always fast and courteous, and the food there is hot, fresh, and delicious!

they give out old food i ordered a three piece tender and got four OLD chewy and strained looking chicken tenders when i took it back it seemed like the manager knew they were bad bc he asked me to pull up and said he’d bring me new ones without even looking at the tenders smh if u wouldn’t eat it, DONT serve it that’s the first thing they teach you in food service

I placed an order online last week and they were quick to charge me $21.65 for my order but never received an order # or get my order neither one or a refund for my order it ridiculous they are quick to take the money but yet didn't give me my order.lydia.silva
