These sandwiches are so flavorful! Ive had them all. Close your eyes and point and its a guaranteed winner. My favorite is the Mediterranean! The service is friendly and prompt and the restaurant is clean.

Visited on 12/14/2023 7pm. The staff at this location are very rude. Please hire employees who are trained on customer service with a smile. I’m not going to pay money for someone to have a bad attitude. I like the food here but due to the poor customer service I will not be back.

Food: As expected, it's a chain. It wasn't bad. Although one of our sandwiches came with a nice long cruly hair. (Gross) Service: The reason they are getting 1 star. I hate to be rushed to order when there is absolutely no one in the restaurant. There were two guys working (one who took my sandwich order and the other who dressed the sandwich) The guy I'm the photo was the absolute rudest. He couldn't be bothered to suggest toppings for one of the sandwiches my child was trying for the first time. He caught an even bigger attitude when we brought to his attention the hair in our sandwich. (Snatched out our hand and threw the sandwich in the trash) We have been here a few times and never have encountered this jerk. I am never one to blast people, but this rude ----- is why we won't be back. Ambiance: like every other Potbelly...basic.

I love sandwiches. had this place on my radar for a bit now. I love the music that y'all played. I got a meatball sub witch I love(white bread). my wife got the avo Turkey on multi wheat. that was also good. nicely wrapped and they weren't a mess. id go again for sure.
