The place is just above the Riverwalk. You have to exit from the Rivercenter shopping mall to get in. With this said, the sandwiches are good and service is great. Nice option for a quick lunch!

After having an unpleasant experience at a location in Austin, I have to give props to this location. I eat there often as I am frequently downtown. The food is always amazing! Also, recently I accidentally ordered for pickup at another location and the woman said no worries, she could make the order and call the other store to have them refund me. And she did! She called the other store's manager for me and they did indeed refund the other order. I thought that was so nice of her! That being said, the staff isn't always super friendly as you may expect, but they seem to do their job well. My only real complaints are trying to get in the bathroom is tricky (my husband can, I can't) and that they close at 5pm.

Rude service, so many great options in this area not worth your money or time. I politely asked while ordering my sandwich if the sandwich would toasted and he rudely remarked like I was 5 years old and pointed out that the sign says toasty sandwiches. I didn't want it toasty (warm) I wanted it toasted was my first thought reading the sign. Ironically after receiving my sandwich it wasn't toasted. My wife's sandwich was well toasted. Don't visit while the rude guy working behind the counter is here.

Customer service is so bad at this location. I just came from picking up my order and the girl working the register was so incredibly rude. I will be going to subway next time I want a sandwich. At least they interact with there customers and thank them for going in.

We were on vacation and decided to eat at this place with enthusiasm. The reason for the 4 stars is because from the moment we entered the place no one greeted me back. The service of the lady at the counter was not very friendly. Maybe they were having a bad day and I can understand that, but the other two people who were working there had the same attitude. We wanted to try Cuban food and there wasn't any, so we chose another option and it was delicious.

I ate lunch there yesterday. I spent about 15 dollars plus a tip. After I ate I went up to counter to ask for code to bathroom. One employee looked at me then turned away and walked right past. I tried to ask another employee and he just walked right past me. You people at the commerce pot belly don't know nothing about customer service.
I had decided to get some very good sandwiches from this location which isn’t too far from my apartment and it was delivered to my door and everything was delicious. The Cubano was very tasty and the A Wreck I got for my father he was very pleased with the food.
