The place is just above the Riverwalk. You have to exit from the Rivercenter shopping mall to get in. With this said, the sandwiches are good and service is great. Nice option for a quick lunch!

After having an unpleasant experience at a location in Austin, I have to give props to this location. I eat there often as I am frequently downtown. The food is always amazing! Also, recently I accidentally ordered for pickup at another location and the woman said no worries, she could make the order and call the other store to have them refund me. And she did! She called the other store's manager for me and they did indeed refund the other order. I thought that was so nice...

We were on vacation and decided to eat at this place with enthusiasm. The reason for the 4 stars is because from the moment we entered the place no one greeted me back. The service of the lady at the counter was not very friendly. Maybe they were having a bad day and I can understand that, but the other two people who were working there had the same attitude. We wanted to try Cuban food and there wasn't any, so we chose another option and it was delicious.
