Who closes a 24 hour gas station for cleaning? Shouldn’t be a standard practice and from other reviews this is a consistent complaint
Update: I see 3 people in there walking around, crazy to lock the doors for cleaning with that many hands
Update 2: they cleaned for about 30 min, I gave you 3 stars cuz the night crew were nice and said sorry for making us wait.

A newer cashier (i think her name is Marquita?) seems to not like her job very much. Not friendly at all and very lazy but today took the cake. I stop in there several times a day. Im a professional driver. Today, about mid morning she was sitting at one of the tables near the door playing on her phone. I got my drink and was second in line at the register. She looked over at the line of customers and went back to finish what she was doing on her phone. Once she was finished she came over to the register after we already had to yell to get her attention. With my business, time is money and I won’t be back there any time she is working. Ridiculous.

Cool store but went there at 2:30 am and restrooms were closed. Have you ever walked into a place rushing to use the restroom and it's closed?? Not a good feeling. Just for that I'm never stopping there anumore.

They discriminated me today when I went to get a lottery tickect around 6 the cashier was rude offensive and pushed me out of the store.She should be fire she doesn’t have the education to treat clients

Never had a 24 hour gas station close the bathrooms before 10pm. It's the only gas station in the airport area

After looking at all the reviews. Im gald i wasnt feeling the same way. The restroom was really horrible. There was too much bleach in restroom. And still wasnt clean at all. I talk to lady that clean the restroom as i was still trying to breathe. Including later another staff comes in bascially there were no apology at all and told me to leave. Anybody that travels to san antonio to use the restroom or looking to use a gas station restroom TURN AROUND FIND A DIFFERENT NEAREST RESTROOM.

Came to get some fuel and snacks and they closed the store for over an hour and a half to clean the restrooms. Employees weren’t cleaning but walking around. I have no clue how you stay in business when the airport depends on you being open to assist customers. Employees are rude and really lazy.

Dear manager/owner of Qmart. After carefully investigating the no toilet paper situation. You own or manage that building. Burger King rents space from you. Therefore if Burger King wants to sue you they can and will be well within is there legal rights to do so. So be thankful they are not McDonald's. So put on your grown up pants and clean and stock your restrooms in accordance with health code regulations.
During the day is fine, but they have a cleaning staff for a reason. I needed gas and only had cash and they’re “closed for cleaning”. And this has not been the first time. How are yall still in business? You need to either hire more staff or do something about this closing early stuff.

Men’s room was unspeakably disgusting… both urinals covered up with trash bags and the stall covered up with… other stuff.

95% of the store aside from cigarettes do not have posted prices. It is a total mystery on the price of an item until you get to the cashier.
