The cashier Emma was totally rude to me when I was trying to purchase a donut.I just simply asked how long it was sitting out and she replied and I quote "well,you don't have to buy it" and then she replied and quote "well I can just cancel the whole thing and not provide you service" I don't know who ya'll are hiring but the customer service stinks at this store.i really wish I can give it no stars.

The staff is extremely rude. I went into the store to grab some items and use the bathroom.  There was a bucket holding the bathroom door opened, but there was no sign saying it was closed. As I and another customer approached the door and looked in, the cashier rudely yelled, "No, it's not opened". I replied, "Oh, it didn't have a sign." To which she replied, "Common sense." I know it's hard to find good help today, but their standards for customer service are non-existent at this store. She had time to be rude to myself and other customers, but not enough time to write "Closed" on a piece of paper.

2 nights in a row (tonight & last night) the same gentleman closed...super early. Counting the register by 11:30, scoffing at customers coming in & growling at those trying to exit because he has to unlock the locked door when it's not even 12 a.m. as advertised on Google as well as on the store front. He's shouting at people, rushing everyone to hurry up. By 11:50 p.m. it's completely locked and potential customers are still pulling in, still trying to make purchases. Why advertise 12 a.m. if it's really 11:30? Y'all need to hire a new employee because this one is not pleasant & clearly it's an ongoing issue that has yet to be rectified. This has been going on for months...you're losing money & customers. How do you expect to run a business like that???

I work across the street from this place and never had a problem until my car broke down! I caught the bus to work and while walking across the lot I noticed an old Indian guy standing in the middle of the lot. He watched me from the time I stepped onto the property and walked inside! I didn’t think much of it and proceeded to get an energy drink for my shift. After making my purchase, I put my cup down and pulled out my safety vest to put it in and noticed this same old Indian man is now inside the store staring at me!!!!!!!!! I was freaked out!! I starting staring back at him and he back off into the Burger King and I went about my life. After telling this to my coworker, I was informed that it was the owner!!!! Profiling??? Was he profiling me?????

Rudest employee I've encountered in a long time. He closed the store a good 20 minutes early, cursed at one customer trying to enter, and ignored at least 10 others. This guy should be fired immediately. He's a terrible representative of this company.

Horrible service. As soon as I walked in the door the cashier yelled at me not to be in here all night. It is the closest gas station to the airport but go elsewhere. The cashier only seemed to get mad at people who were a certain skin color. I did not feel safe in here

I've only been here once, but it's not a good experience when there are no prices on any of the items in the store. I asked the cashier, and he said he had no idea why. I'm not sure if it's a corporate policy or a manager policy. It's just kind of strange.

Good experience with the employees really nice. i went in for gas and came out with a fresh burrito. They also have my kind of ice CRUNCHY! Looking forward to come back again when i have more time

I love coming to this store I drive all this way for their Banananut Muffins ? It's always nice and clean very organized and staff was extremely friendly. I never have any complaints when I come here
