The cashier was really helpful and joyful, considering the traffic was awful. Wish all QT stores were this way thank you for being joyful.

Yeah I keep getting slightly shortchanged by their loose sloppy tax charges - these cashier's are super busy and I think QT asks too much of them - trying to handle multiple people at once - and several cash registers, ive been over charged several times - and it's like 2 bucks, 4 bucks - and when u call to ask about it, you'll be quoted several different prices on same item; they're too much in a hurry, and I'm not blaming the employees, QT is taking in enough dough - stop over multitasking your employees - Quick Trip .. ?

Bald older gentleman working on 1/24/24 at 10:30pm was a total douche bag with his smug comments. It was raining this place was dead with me and my son being the only customers. I wanted frito pie and noticed after pumping the chili section it was out. I’m not gonna pay for an expensive bag of Fritos when there’s no chili . Many times were out of stock or broken and he could have easily been refilling or restocking but yet he was just standing around talking to the security guard. All he did was make excuses on why certain things couldn’t get done . I truly hope this wasn’t the manager because I never wanna see this rude person again! Horrible customer service ! Fix the icee machines !!

These guys are Heros. I screwed up and told them the wrong pump. Someone else pumped the gas, essentially killing my trip to Austin. The QT guys went ahead and gave me the gas even though it was my mistake.

The overall place was fine. Like a normal gas station. But I went in to use the bathroom like anyone needs to do at a gas station. I went to go use the bathroom and the lady told me I couldn’t cause “the floors had to dry” which I get but what do you expect me to do? I need to go to the bathroom. Not to mention she was mean about it too. Dont go mop the floor during the peak hours of the day.. and don’t be rude about it too.

I have been to so many QTs and this is by far the worst location. The air machine is broken. The lot is dirty. Bathrooms are dirty. It's just never in good shape.

I come to the store exclusively all hours. I am partial to this store, I may come 3 to 4 times a day. The store is clean and I feel safe due to the security. However the staff are not professional, I. Had issues when I would buy a Dr Pepper 20 ounces and on the doughnut section you would get a doughnut for free. There is still a sign , that says so. Many cashiers argued with me, due to the fact. As for @2:30 am this morning, yesterday some time, I had the receipt in my car, I purchased two Dr Peppers and I purchased them with Rob or Robert he came gave me both of these names. I walked in this morning @ around 2:30 am. Rob or Robert was assisting two younger woman around his age. I asked him if I could exchange the drinks , I feel like he told me no, to embarrass me and feel more superior in front of the two girls his age. There are no signs of any rerun policy in the store. I was embarrassed I am a regular at this store, I’m going to make a complaint at their main office on San Pedro in writing. Also, as for exchanges or other things are not consistent. Again I felt embarrassed, Robert was the one who sold me the soda, I feel the quality of customer service are not the minimal anymore with most of the agents are below average. I stand firm because they have argued regarding the doughnuts and I always felt Robert customer service skills were above par, I believe he was trying to impress the females at his registers
