Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Let me start by saying the food is always hot and fresh, which is why I keep coming back. However, I'm only giving this location two stars because there always seems to be an issue.
We've visited multiple times, and either our order is wrong, the cashiers struggle to provide the correct change, or employees are too busy talking amongst themselves to pay attention to customers. On our last two visits, I asked for lemons for my tea and was told they didn't have any available or any already cut. That's frustrating when there is a refrigerator full of lemons clearly visible from the front counter.
This location could really benefit from better management, improved customer service, and more attention to detail. Also, the music is way too loud—it's a restaurant, not a nightclub.

Found long hairs in both mine and my daughter's chicken..and looked in the kitchen and no one has hair nets i was under the assumption it was a law! Pretty horrible that we couldn't enjoy our meal without looking at it before we ate it

I love their tenders there not dry and their sauce is amazing and service is very good

Drive thru was quick and easy.. fresh hot food and fresh lemonade!

My primary concern pertains to the portion sizes, which I found to be notably insufficient when evaluated against the listed price, thereby impacting the perceived value. In an effort to address these matters directly, I attempted to contact the location by telephone. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach any staff members, which prevented me from discussing and resolving these issues in a timely manner. I have also observed a noticeable decline in the overall standard of customer service at this specific location over time.

I had my doubts because of the long line but the service was fast and efficient! My Grand Daughter enjoyed her food after a long practice, Good Job Cane’s 👍
