Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

7/10 times they forget the extra canes sauce but charge me for it 😔

I have been buying the box combo because my son loves there chicken but lately the chicken pieces have been coming out really small. They also hardly give you fries. This location is a very big disappointment I will no longer come here again. And you practically have to wait a long time for your food. Come on all u make is chicken strips nothing else why do we have to wait so long very dumb.

Portion sizes are getting smaller and chicken is mostly batter and tendons. Definitely losing quality and value. No longer worth the long wait in line and not worth the price. Go to slim chickens down the road instead.

Cain's is always pretty reliable but this Cain's always has hot and fresh food and they are quick and friendly.

The chicken is moist and fried to perfection! The fries are delicious and the sweet tea is the best!

I ordered a box combo with no toast extra fries, i got no coleslaw and no toast just fries and chicken, the drink also tasted funny like it had no carbonation or they mixed the drink, this is the third time i’ve gone and something was wrong, staff isn’t great either, they always talk to eachother and ignore you and are rude or just don’t acknowledge you

The tenders always taste fresh and crispy but I don’t think is counts as a 6 tender Caniac Combo. Everything else was great and the staff is nice.

whoever was on orders today at 1:30pm 4/30/26 was very rude and not professional. Had a slick mouth not the best customer service. that needs to be fixed

only reason im giving one star because of the worker omar. he was so rude to me and made me not want to go back again. i will be driving to the rim to get my canes from now on!! management please have a talk with him on his customer service !!!

AWESOME experience, and that feels like i’m not doing it justice by saying that. The manager, Omar, was the coolest guy I’ve ever met. Would gladly go to this location again.
