Raising Cane’s is such a cool place! The atmosphere is great the food is never a miss for me 😅 and the staff is super amazing. But I have to give a special shoutout to ilene she was an absolute standout! She was incredibly nice and made the whole experience like chatting with a friend, and her kindness was truly an eye opener to how great the customer service is here. Thank you

What you’d expect which is actually saying a lot these days except I wish they gave more Cane’s sauce with larger orders.

I want to give praise to the Manager Alex. Our food order was incorrect yesterday, so I called and he took my phone call in a very professional manner. His customer service was above and beyond. He apologized and no questions asked! He politely informed me to swing by to have them remake our food order! Great job Alex!! The food service industry needs people more like you!

Had an awesome experience at Raising Cane’s! The restaurant was super clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was really friendly. Aleen stood out the most she was so kind, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell she really cares about the customers! The whole vibe was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

The staff is friendly, helpful and create a great atmosphere.
The zesty sauce tastes like a ketchup/mayo mix with some Cajun seasoning mixed in. Nothing special.
The chicken is alright. Seems like it's breaded on site, the breading is flavorful but falls off the chicken at the slightest touch. Several pieces had breading come off before/during frying making the chicken tough.
Overall I would say this is an average fast food chicken spot

I really like this place, I always go for the drive and ordered a sandwiche combo! It's delicious. But unfortunately today their lettuce was not fresh at all, a shame because it is always very good, a more detailed quality control of this type of products would be good since they must be fresh!!

The food is always good, very friendly staff and the drive thru lane always goes fast. Great location!

Edit: I just went there today to get a three finger combo and there was NO CANES SAUCE. As I got to work and opened the box, there was no sauce and Cane’s is known for their sauce. Don’t mean to sound petty but that was frustrating! Check your food before you drive off!
